Ingredients

• 100g Auro 77% Dark Chocolate
• 120g of Milk 
• 20g of Water
• 5g of Cream
• 15g of Butter
• 30g of Sugar 

Steps

1. Boil the milk, sugar, water, and cream.
2. Pour it on the top of the chocolate and butter.
3. Add a layer of your newly made Auro Chocolate Sauce to your dish as garnish or finishing.
