Ingredients | Gluten Free Biscuit

- 200 g of Almond Flour
- 41 g of Coconut Oil
- 42 g of Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Vanilla Flavour

Steps | Gluten Free Biscuit

- Mix all together.
- Pour it in 7×7 in. Square Mold and press it.
- Cook it for 15 min at 175°C.

Ingredients | Peanut Layer
|
- 250 g of Peanut Butter
- 125 g of Maple Syrup
- 65 g of Coconut Syrup
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp of Salt

Steps | Peanut Layer
|
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour it on the top of the cold crunchy layer with a spatula or spoon.
- Rest it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

Ingredients | Finishing
|
- 150 g of Auro Dark Chocolate
- 30 g of Coconut Oil
- Sea Salt Flakes QS

Steps | Finishing
|
- Over a double boiler melt all the ingredients together.
- Remove the ring from the block.
- Cut it in 3×7 cm bars and dip it in inside Chocolate mix (around 35°c).
- Leave it in the fridge for about 10 minutes and it’s ready to eat.
